Items can be returned for refund if there are any regrets or changes of
heart.  We must be contacted requesting a return within 14 days of receipt of the item.

We must be contacted for return instructions and an authorization # before
any items are sent back. Any returns without an authorization # will be refused.

Guidelines for Returns:
A) Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in their
original resaleable condition.

B) All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (of total sale price)
as the item must be inspected and repackaged.

C) Original shipping will not be refunded and customer is responsible for
return shipping of item. Returns must be shipped with insurance.

D) Once the product is received it will be inspected within a week and when
it is determined all of the above conditions have been met a refund will be processed using the same method with which payment was received.
