Chinook Technical Outdoor product offered a limited lifetime warranty on every product to be free of manufacturers defects. We will repair it if possible of replace all valid warranty items. The law states that products accepted for review must be clean; is it prohibited to request our repair partner to work on dirty items. Please celan your CHinook product before returning it to us or cleaning charges must be assessed before a review can be made. Normal wear and tear, modification, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than for which was designed, are not covered by the Chinook warranty. Charges will be quoted for non warranty repairs.

Trailside products are warranted against defective material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
