Q) What are some benefits to shopping online?

There are all kinds of reasons why shopping online can be beneficial from saving time and money to the environment.  Some reasons include, easy to comparison shop from your home pc, no pushy comissioned sales people, the convenience of home delivery (free for orders over $100 on most items to Canada and USA), more variety of merchandise on display and of course less consumption of fossil fuels.

Q) Who do you ship with? 

If you require a courier to be used in place of the post office, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a quote.  Please note that if a courier is used, we are unable to offer free shipping as they are a premium service.

Q) Do you ship by bus? 

We are unable to ship or receive by bus as the depot that provides this service is located on the far end of downtown Toronto.

Q) Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we do ship internationally to United States, Europe and the World however some brands we are not allowed to sell outside of Canada. 

Q) I am in Mississauga or the Greater Toronto area, can I pick up? 

Yes we do allow local pick up in Mississauga at our retail store.  There is no charge for pick up. 

Q) Can I see the products in person before buying?

You sure can as we stock just about every item except for some oversize or special order items.  Please contact us for an appointment to see an item in person or set up a tent. 

Q) How long does my item take to ship after I place an order?

Most items will ship out within 24-48 hours, usually next day.  If you're very tight on time, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

 Q) Will you price match?

We will price match other regular priced Canadian competitors, as long as the exact same make, model, style, colour and size is in stock on their website.
