Most items can be returned for refund if there are any regrets or changes of heart. We must be contacted requesting a return within 30 days of receipt of the item.
We must be contacted for return instructions and an authorization # before any items are sent back. Any returns without an authorization # will be refused.
Guidelines for Returns:
A) Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in their original resaleable condition.
B) Original shipping will not be refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping of item (unless a defective product is received). Returns must be shipped with insurance.
C) Once the product is received it will be inspected within a week and when it is determined all of the above conditions have been met a refund will be processed using the same method with which payment was received.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
